Our team includes experienced and qualified staff who can provide supervision, expertise and guidance to organisations, trainees or professionals.
Some of the areas in which the above applies are counseling, social work, mentoring, and support services for programs for people with disabilities and other preventive programs.
PROJECTS
Family Intervention and Support Center for Autism AKTIdA
AKTIdA is the first early intervention center for Autism in Cyprus. It provides comprehensive support, guidance and intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families. Services are community based and are accessible, free of charge, to all areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.
The project is a collaboration between Social Element and CODECA and is is co-funded by the European Social Fund+ within the framework of the Thalia program.

Assisted Living Residence
Assisted Living Residences are residences in the community that provide support to people with disabilities and/or special care needs, helping them live independently in the community rather than in institutions. These structures provide specialized help and opportunities for socialization and skill development in a safe and supportive environment.
The operation of the residences/programs have been assigned to Contracting Agencies through public tenders. The Contracting Authority is the Department of Social Integration of Persons with Disabilities. Social Element is a proud Contractor, in an Assisted Living Residence in the province of Larnaca.
The Project Creating a Support Network of Independent Living Services in the Community for People with Disabilities is co-funded by the European Social Fund+ within the framework of the Thalia program.

Odysseas Counseling Station
Odysseas Counseling Station is a non-profit company that offers prevention and counseling services in the field of addictions.
The programs and services offered are under the scientific supervision of KENTHEA, and approved by the Cyprus National Addictions Authority.
Social Element cooperates with Odysseas Counseling Station, in the context of providing counseling support, guidance and expertise in Social Work matters.
